HighLvlApp ("we", "us", "our") is based in Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through highlvlapp.com and the HighLvlApp platform, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Data you bring into the platform. Contacts, conversations, calendar entries, and other business records you or your customers enter into HighLvlApp. You own this data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.

Message recipients can reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe.

Cookies

The highlvlapp.com marketing site does not use tracking cookies. The HighLvlApp platform uses cookies that are necessary to keep you logged in and to remember your preferences.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When your account is closed, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep it longer by law. You can request an export of your data before closing your account.

Security
